Socom tactical Products
Socom Tactical accepts no responsibility to any damages done buy our products to your self or property all products are checked before sending out to make sure they are complete and no damaged. all packages are sent recorded loss or damage via postal services require a claims form to be filled in by your self with your Socom Tactical invoice. Refunds are at management discretion and may incur a re stocking fee(15% + postage) to cover any costs to us like payment charges etc all products must be returned in original package unused if we think that the product has been used the product will be with held until postage is paid to us to re send product back. Faulty items may be returned for inspection any tampering to the product makes this void. Any questions about terms and conditions please email us.
Age and restrictions All Airsoft guns sales must comply with the VCR 2007 bill in which all purchases require to be Registered Airsofters and over the age of 18.
Warranty
All items sold at Socom Tactical have a 3 months warranty apart from items stated below
All items require return to base warranty please contact us before returning any products.
Webtex and viper 12 months
airsoft Guns: 1 month internals and 3 months externals all repairs need a valid Socom Tactical invoice and are on a return to base warranty please note all guns are tested before sending out. so guns may look like they have been out of the box testing is done in house and not skirmished. Any items that come with the gone are free gifts and dont come under warranty IE chargers and batteries
Order for AEGS and RIFS Please note any orders that are made and paid for require site membership or UKARA details before being processed fail to do this will in-cure a £10 admin and refund fee.
batteries All rechargeable batteries have a 6 months warranty non chargeable batteries cannot be returned.
Exemptions
1) Any damages from misuse or abuse includes running into a tree damage in gun bag etc
2) warranty is void if gun has been tampered by non Socom Tactical approved repair centers
3) Socom Tactical reserve the right to decline warranty work if we believe the gun has been miss used or tampered with.
