6 Shooters ‘Stop’ followers for King Arms M1 Carbine (3)
Although the King Arms M1 Carbine is one of the best CO2 Blowback rifles currently on the market, it is lacking one feature which is essential for GBB rifle users, a functioning ‘bolt stop’ indicating to the user that their magazine is out of ammunition. That’s where we come in. We have taken the original dimensions of the standard follower and tapered the top to make it longer and thinner to push its way up through the feed lips when the magazine is empty. The best part about these followers is although they seem longer, you don’t lose any BB capacity in your magazine.
Once the magazine is empty, the follower will push up and the bolt will not be able to advance further than the feed lips. The trigger can be pulled, but won’t fire. Simply change the magazine and cock the charging handle to load the first BB of the new magazine.
Although these are plastic, they have been printed with Carbon Fibre infused Nylon which gives the followers a greater resistance to impacts and is a hard-wearing material. We tested these followers by feeding with 0.30g BBs and they fed flawlessly as they easily glide up and down the magazine tracks due to the glossy and smooth outer surface.
Due to the angle, at which they’re printed, the layers are printed in such a way that won’t cause the followers to snap under pressure from the bolt returning.
We have also extended the notch so it’s easier to pull the follower down.
