action-army-6-03-barrel-aap01-200mm
Action Army 6.03mm 200mm Tight Bore Inner Barrel for AAP-01

The AAP-01 comes with a short 129mm inner barrel, which is great for a compact pistol but leaves performance on the table once you fit a suppressor or carbine kit. This 200mm precision barrel from Action Army is around 70mm longer, so it runs on inside an AAP-01 suppressor fitted to the original outer barrel. Alternatively, pair it with the Action Army AAP-01 upper receiver adapter so the barrel runs right through the front of the gun.

The 6.03mm tight bore improves the air seal around the BB compared with the stock barrel, which helps consistency and can add a little muzzle velocity. Action Army have also milled notches into the sides of the barrel so it can be locked into their optional upgraded hop-up unit, keeping everything aligned for even better accuracy.

Key specs

Brand: Action Army

Fits: Action Army AAP-01 Assassin GBB pistol

Internal diameter: 6.03mm (tight bore)

Length: 200mm (approx. 70mm longer than the stock 129mm barrel)

Side notches to suit Action Army's upgraded AAP-01 hop-up unit

Manufacturer part number: D01-043

Worth knowing: the barrel will stick out past the stock outer barrel, so you'll need a suppressor, barrel extension or the receiver adapter to cover it. A tighter, longer barrel can raise your FPS, so always chrono after fitting and check you're within your site's limits.

You might also need

Action Army AAP-01 upper receiver adapter

Action Army AAP-01 magazine

Cow Cow enhanced loading nozzle set for AAP-01

Action Army AAP-01 Assassin GBB pistol
