action-army-6-03mm-aeg-inner-barrel-various-sizes
Action Army Excel 6.03mm AEG Tight Bore Inner Barrel (Various Lengths)

Swapping a stock inner barrel for a precision tight bore is one of the simplest ways to get more consistency from an AEG, and Action Army's Excel barrel is a popular choice. Its 6.03mm bore is tighter than the 6.05 to 6.08mm barrels most AEGs come with, so less air slips past the BB and each shot leaves the barrel more consistently. The result is tighter groups and, often, a small boost in FPS.

The barrel is made from copper with a smooth nickel-plated finish that reduces friction as the BB travels down the bore and resists wear over time. It's available in four common lengths, so you can match it to your rifle or step up to a longer barrel if your outer barrel allows.

Choose your length

290mm: MC51 style AEGs

310mm: M733 and similar short carbines

370mm: standard M4 and M4A1 carbines

470mm: G3SG style rifles

Key specs

Brand: Action Army

Range: Excel tight bore

Internal diameter: 6.03mm

Material: copper with nickel plating

Smooth, low-friction bore

Lengths: 290mm, 310mm, 370mm and 470mm

Fits: AEGs that take a standard Tokyo Marui-compatible inner barrel

Before you buy: measure your current inner barrel or check your gun's manual, as lengths vary between brands and models.
