This model of the M249 MK2 airsoft support gun is built with the new lightweight polymer bodies to ensure an easier carry and a lighter weight for any user. It comes with all the standard parts from the original A&K M249s like a quick-detach barrel, fold-out bipod, shoulder support and more. It also features a quick-change spring system to allow you to change the spring as often as you like simply by removing a couple of pins and accessing it through the rear. The battery is installed by lifting up the shoulder rest and sliding the back section down and is connected to the Tamiya connector in the stock with plenty of space for larger batteries. The total weight of this airsoft support gun is only 4.2kg which is almost half the weight of the metal versions. It comes with a detachable 2500 round, sound-activated box magazine, but can also accept the smaller 1200 round box magazines and standard M4 magazines.
