fps-softair-mp5-ngrs-carbon-fiber-piston-with-full-metal-rack
FPS Carbon Fibre Piston for Tokyo Marui MP5 NGRS, Full Metal Rack

A worn or stripped piston rack is one of the commonest reasons a Tokyo Marui MP5 NGRS stops cycling properly. This FPS piston pairs a light body with metal teeth throughout, giving you a stronger rack without adding much weight to the gearbox.

The body is technopolymer loaded with carbon fibre, which gives good mechanical strength, low weight and a smooth action. The rack is made by metal injection moulding (MIM) from SAE 4650 steel, a process FPS chose because it gives the same dimensional accuracy and sturdiness as solid machining. The sliding guides are shaped to cut friction and hold lubricant for a long time.

Key specs

Made for: Tokyo Marui MP5 NGRS, designed to fit Tokyo Marui-spec gearboxes

Body: carbon fibre loaded technopolymer

Rack: all-metal teeth, MIM-moulded SAE 4650

Low-friction sliding guides that hold lubricant

Weight: 15.56g

FPS part code: PM08CF

Made in Italy

Tip: lightly grease the sliding guides on fitting, for example with the FPS high performance grease set.
