Tighten the hop-up chamber firmly but don't overtighten: MAXX advise not compressing the O-ring by more than 1¼ turns. Then do a BB drop test. With the nozzle retracted, a BB dropped down the feed tube should sit between the nozzle tip and the bucking lip. If it doesn't, adjust your nozzle length.
