Functionally identical to VFC's debut gas AK, the full-size AV-74M, this subcompact rifle is ideal for players who play in CQB environments or simply fancy something less gainly.

Bare in mind that Soviet helicopter pilots were issued a (very clunky) leg holster for these - Fold the stock and you can easily store the 74U inside a small patrol pack, or the included reproduction Soviet carry case! A really neat addition.

Having seen my fair share of 'real wood' handguards on other airsoft AKs, this is perhaps the best, most accurate to the original that I've seen. It looks rightly vintage; less of the usual, repurposed IKEA worktop styling.
