Jag Precision x TTI Gas Blowback Pistols
Jag Precision's pistols in our range are produced in collaboration with TTI, and they're aimed at players who want a striking, competition-inspired gas blowback pistol. The collection covers the JW3 Combat Master, the JW4 Pit Viper and the Sand Viper, along with spare magazines to keep them running.
The pistols
The JW3 Combat Master is a distinctive, competition-inspired sidearm with a gas blowback action. The JW4 Pit Viper and Sand Viper are offered in upgraded versions, so check each listing for what's been changed or added compared with the standard models. Whichever you choose, you get the realistic slide movement and felt recoil that make gas pistols so enjoyable to shoot.
Magazines
Spare 28-round magazines are available for both platforms. One magazine is listed for the Combat Master and JW4 Pit Viper, and a separate 28-round magazine is listed for the Sand Viper, so make sure you choose the right one for your pistol. Most players carry at least two or three magazines, as gas pistols can cool down during long strings of fire and a fresh, warm magazine helps maintain performance.
Running a gas blowback pistol
Gas blowback pistols are powered by airsoft gas stored in the magazine. Performance is affected by temperature, so in colder weather it helps to keep your magazines warm in a pocket until you need them. Use a good silicone oil on the magazine seals now and then, keep the hop-up set correctly for your BB weight and avoid storing magazines completely full of gas for long periods. After any changes or upgrades, chronograph the pistol to make sure it's within your site's limits.
Choosing your pistol
Think about how the pistol fits your hand, whether you prefer a compact or full-size frame, and which holster you'll use. Competition-style pistols can be eye-catching, but a matching holster and spare magazines are just as important as the pistol itself for game days. If you plan to run a red dot or torch, check the listing for mounting options before you buy. Gas pistols also make an ideal sidearm for snipers and DMR players, giving you a fast, light backup for close-range encounters when your primary isn't the right tool.
A valid defence such as UKARA is needed to buy a full-colour realistic imitation firearm. Two-tone versions can be bought by anyone aged 18 or over.
