Whilst we offer warranty on the many RIFs we sell, we currently outsource all repair work to a third-party. As it stands, 99% of upgrade work is off the table due to time constraints.
Socom Tactical is looking for an airsoft technician with great knowledge of a variety of airsoft guns: AEG, GBB, Spring and HPA, all of which we offer in store. Your role in the company gives us the means to offer in-house repairs, but more excitingly, the opportunity to build customers their dream upgraded airsoft gun.
We hope this will deepen players' passion for the hobby, building longstanding connections between customers and our ever-growing store.

Part time hours are flexible; two days per week is the minimum we require. Which days you choose to work can depend on you, as long as the work is being completed and we are given sufficient notice of any schedule changes.
Full time contracts are available but please note, you will be working as both our in-house technician and a member of the shop staff. This means face-to-face customer skill is required and you will be assessed on such during any interview/trial shift. Working hours will be based around our store open hours which are as follows:
Monday: 12:00 – 20:00
Tuesday: – Closed
Wednesday: 12:00 - 20:00
Thursday: 09:30 – 17:30
Friday: 09:30 – 17:30
Saturday: 09:30 – 18:00
Requirements:
- Over 18
- Own car will be of benefit
- High attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy
- Provide a friendly and professional attitude, face-to-face customer service skills are a must
- Be a good communicator to both staff and customers
- Technical ability and knowledge of airsoft guns and equipment
- Able to do basic diagnostics and fixes of airsoft guns
- Work effectively independently and as part of the team
- Be willing to appear on camera for social media (don't worry, no TikTok dances)
