Airsoft Store Retail Staff
Contracts available:
Full-time, 40.5hrs/week - Salary: £27,500 P/A
Saturdays, 8.5hrs/week (potential for extra hours if needed)
We're looking for a new member of staff to join our shop team.
As a member of our retail staff, your role will include taking care of the shop, packing orders for shipping, completing regular stocktakes and most importantly, making sure every customer leaves having had a satisfactory shopping experience.
Requirements:

Over 18
- Attention to detail - Packing orders correctly, maintaining the store's appearance
- Computer literacy - Adding products to our website and adjusting stock accurately
- A friendly, professional attitude - face-to-face customer service skills are a must
- Communicate effectively - between both staff and customers
- Industry Knowledge - know what different airsoft players want, keep up with airsoft releases and trends
- Technical Understanding - do basic diagnostics and fixes of airsoft guns and equipment
- Team Player - work effectively as part of our team and independently

Physical fitness - just keep in mind that the shop is upstairs to our warehouse and products routinely need to be moved between the two. We have regular large deliveries that you may be required to unload.
Ideal:
- Own mode of transport will be of benefit
- Be willing to appear on camera for social media (don't worry, no TikTok dances)
Hours:
Each week is 40.5 hours of work, including paid 30 minute lunches. Your weekly work schedule will match our store opening hours, listed below:
Monday: 9:30 - 17:30
Tuesday: – Closed
Wednesday: 12:00 - 20:00
Thursday: 09:30 – 17:30
Friday: 09:30 – 17:30
Saturday: 09:30 – 18:00
Paid overtime is available but it must be agreed upon first. We also run stalls at some of the largest airsoft events in the UK, which you may be required to attend and camp over. These events will be paid as overtime.
