The Kydex DC1 Series Holster secures the pistol using the trigger and lower frame — a passive but extremely reliable retention method when properly adjusted. Because the holster is sculpted from scans of real weapons, you get repeatable fitment and a consistent draw every time. Our extensive testing and hand finishing ensure each holster withstands heavy use and rough handling without losing function or finish.

Important: The Signature Kydex DC1 Series Holster series is not torch-bearing. If you require an integrated weapon light solution, see our dedicated torch-bearing models (Signature SureFire, Olight PL2/PL3, TLR, Inforce options).

Customisation & wrapping

If you want a customised finish, add a holster wrap at checkout — we’ll apply the wrap for you before shipping. Wrapping options let you personalise your holster for trade shows, gifts, or to match your kit.

Mounting & compatibility

If you order a Signature Glock Kydex DC1 Series Holster + QLS, the holster ships with the male side of the QLS only. For a complete quick-detach setup, add the QLS female/mount from our holster mount section.

Setup & user tips

• We ship with a standard retention setting. Test and adjust the retention screw(s) to your preference — tighten in small increments until the draw is smooth but secure.
• Once set, protect the screw settings with a small dab of Loctite or super glue to prevent loosening during use. Use low-strength threadlocker if you plan to adjust retention later.

Care & maintenance

• Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid solvents that can deform Kydex.
• Inspect mounting hardware periodically and re-tighten if necessary.
• Store flat or hung in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.

A — Yes — the DC-1 accepts threaded barrels and suppressor-height sights. Confirm overall slide/compensator length against product images or contact support if you have a bulky muzzle device.

Q — Is this holster ambidextrous?
A — No. The Signature DC-1 Series is right-hand only by design.

Q — Can I add a weapon light?
A — No — this model does not retain the pistol with a light attached. If you run a weapon light check our DC-4 and torch-specific series.
