Socom Tactical offers full diagnostic services, getting to the heart of the issue efficiently and hassle-free. Get face-to-face consulting at our shop in Fleet, Hampshire, or contact us via email or phone. If you're not local, you're welcome to ship your RIFs directly to us; just contact us first before posting and be sure to package your RIF safely and securely.

How It Works and Cost
All Socom Tactical tech work is charged at the following rates:
- General labour: £35 per hour, £20 for 30 minutes or less
- AEG Tamiya/Deans Connector changes: £5 per connector (parts included in price)
- Motor change: from £10 plus cost of parts
- Hop Unit and/or Barrel Change: from £15 plus cost of parts
Repair work covered by our official warranty is not subject to additional charges. A timeframe for completion will be discussed during consultation, aiming for a 7-10 day turnaround time.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee this turnaround time frame; as with any form of service or repair work, unprecedented issues can cause delays. This ranges from previously unknown faults with the RIF itself, busy periods to delayed parts shipments, although the latter is likely to be discussed prior to any tech work commencing.

External Work:
We are happy to attach handguards, pistol grips and other external modifications. However, we do not offer custom paint services, stickers, weathering nor any other adjustments to the surface finish of your RIF.
