This FPS Ver. 2 tappet plate is a carbon fibre polymer version of the part, with a reinforced design that is strong yet flexible. If you'd rather keep costs down, the standard FPS Reinforced AEG Tappet Plate Ver. 2 is the plain polymer alternative.
