Building on real-world feedback from professional soldiers in Ukraine and elite US military snipers, Oakland features more natural, randomised leaf placement, discreet attachment points (replacing the old all-over grid), and newly added “dreadlocks” for quick, secure integration of natural vegetation. These upgrades allow the wearer to blend seamlessly with their surroundings, whether using field vegetation or crafting materials.

Our signature oversized hood comfortably accommodates helmets or can be drawn forward to cover optics, while dual-axis adjustment ensures a secure, custom fit that balances comfort, vision, and movement.

Oakland’s Unique Colourway

What sets Oakland apart is its oak bark-inspired tones. Subtle, earthy shades that darken to a natural muddy hue when wet. This makes it more versatile than our classic Next Gen Brown (which works best in dead leaf litter). Oakland’s muted tones create a negative visual imprint, drawing you deeper into the background.
