- Adjustable Stock Length, Butt Pad Height, Cheek Rest Position & HeightWith the success of the TAC 41 series, this is one of the latest and an even more compact versions of the TAC 41 A. The Silverback TAC-41 LS (Lite Sport) is the much lighter brother of the TAC 41L, which focuses on being lightweight and has a much more compact form factor, sporting a shorter barrel with a 330mm inner barrel and a fiberglass-reinforced nylon polymer construction for both the receiver and chassis, with the chassis utilizing a 1913 Picatinny stock mounting hub which allows for a more modular stock setup.Internally, this rifle performs almost the same as its premium counterpart. The trigger is adjustable and is tactile to the touch, while the trigger group is made to be incredibly robust, as the components are made using stainless steel. The bolt action is very smooth, as one would expect from a Silverback Airsoft sniper system. The bolt is CNC machined using high-quality 6061 T6 aluminium and is topped off with a smooth anodised finish. The bolt cylinder is easy to disassemble for routine maintenance, making it very user-friendly. More importantly, the air volume of the cylinder is the same as the bigger Silverback SRS A2 series, meaning that you get an incredibly large volume of air for every shot taken (41cc). This translates to more consistent shots, highly stable power output, and overall less wastage per shot. Pair these with a free float barrel assembly and a redesigned hop-up unit that is highly precise, tactile, and intuitive to adjust on the fly, and this sniper platform is capable of achieving pinpoint accuracy when delivering shots downrange. The barrel is outfitted with a 24mm CW thread and is compatible out of the box with Silverback suppressor units.The hop-up (polycarbonate material for Sports version) unit uses the same TDC adjustment design with 50 index positions for precise tuning with all BB weights, and the hop-up bucking is an AEG spec 60-degree rubber, making it highly customizable with other brands of AEG buckings on the market. The rifle has an impressive 48-round magazine, which works in tandem with the unique feed ramp design of the TAC-41 that captures all BB that are pre-loaded and will not drop BBs out when removing the magazine unless the feed-ramp release button is pressed, making this design extremely efficient and clean.This particular package includes the Silverback 1913 Picatinny Aluminium Stock attachment, which features a CNC-machined aluminium core construction and is outfitted with the same nylon polymer furniture blend as the chassis. For comfort and function, it is also outfitted with an NBR buttpad, 2 QD sling slots on both sides of the stock, and adjustable length & height, & cheek rest height.
