CR2032 3V Lithium Coin Cell Battery

The CR2032 is the coin cell you'll find in most airsoft red dots and reflex sights, plus plenty of illuminated scopes, torches and laser units. If your optic takes a 20mm coin cell, it almost certainly takes one of these.

It's a 3V lithium cell, so it holds its charge well in the kit bag and copes with cold mornings better than cheaper alkaline batteries. A dead dot halfway through a game is no fun, which is why it's worth keeping a spare in your admin pouch.

Tip: some new optics are shipped with a plastic tab or film over the battery. If your sight won't switch on, check for that before blaming the battery.
