Like a real gun, the next-generation electric gun series produces a realistic recoil shock. Although that gimmick produces a real and intense reaction, it is easier to accumulate the burden on various parts so that it is not comparable with the conventional electric gun. Regular maintenance similar to real guns, such as loosening parts and replacing worn and damaged parts inside, is becoming an indispensable condition.

Among them, the heaviest burden is imposed on gears and piston parts that operate the power source and the recoil engine at the same time, and the endurance life is reduced to 1/2/1/4 compared with the normal electric gun (compared to our test) doing.

Based on the results of the normal durability tests, we repeatedly test various patterns, various processes and treatments which increase durability such as a combination of the material of each gear part, processing method, carburizing / induction quenching, shot peening etc. And completed the gear suitable for the next generation type equipped with the recoil engine.
