Novritsch SSX23 Airsoft Pistol

If you play as a sniper, or you just like staying hidden, the Novritsch SSX23 is built for you. It's a pre-upgraded, non-blowback (NBB) gas pistol designed by airsoft players in Vienna to be about as quiet as a pistol gets. With no slide slamming back and forth, all you hear is a soft pop, and with a suppressor fitted the enemy will struggle to work out where the shot came from.

Metal slide, ready for a red dot

The full metal slide feels solid in the hand and makes the SSX23 more durable than a plastic pistol. It comes with fibre optic iron sights for fast target pick-up in low light, and the slide can take a red dot if you prefer. Optional rails let you add a pistol torch too.

Silent and gas efficient

The closed non-blowback system has very few moving parts, which keeps it quiet and reliable. Because no gas is used to cycle a slide, it all goes into pushing the BB. Novritsch rate its gas use at around a quarter of a typical gas blowback pistol, so you can shoot several magazines on a single fill, and it copes far better in cold weather.

Built to shoot heavy BBs

The SSX23 comes pre-upgraded with a 6.02mm tight bore inner barrel, an ML50 Autobot hop-up rubber, a flat pressure plate and TDC hop-up adjustment, and it's set up for 0.36g BBs. In plain English: it's very accurate for a pistol, and Novritsch say it can outshoot many standard AEGs on the field. The barrel is threaded, so you can fit a suppressor or tracer unit.
