Made with solid construction and an easy-to-load design, these shells provide reliable performance in any airsoft battle.
40mm Gas Moscart Shells
40mm gas moscart shells are filled with BBs and powered by airsoft gas, or by CO2 using a charger, firing a spread of BBs with each shot.
We stock brands like ZCI, UFC and Cyma. Always check the shell is compatible with your launcher before buying.

Shells and Systems in Our Range
Our range includes 40mm gas/CO2 cartridges such as the ZCI M203-style moscart, high-capacity shells such as the E&C 72-round moscart cartridge and the Double Bell GP-25 shell with 36 rounds, and the Acetech Acehive range, available as a starter package and as single shells. To keep older shells working, we also stock an EPES spare seal kit for 40mm gas BB grenades.
Checking Compatibility
40mm shells come in different styles. Western-style launchers such as M203 and M320 types generally take standard 40mm shells, while GP-25 style launchers for AK platforms use a different shell shape. Check the product description for your launcher model before ordering, and if you are unsure, get in touch.
Using Gas Shells
Fill shells with the gas type recommended by the manufacturer and avoid overfilling. Like other gas products, they perform best in mild temperatures, so keep them warm on cold days. Check the seals regularly, as worn seals lead to leaks and weaker shots. Storing shells with a little gas in them helps keep the seals supple between games.
Loading Tips
Follow the loading order given in your shell's instructions, and use good-quality BBs of the weight recommended for your shell to avoid jams. High-capacity shells take a little longer to load, so fill a few before the game starts and carry them in a suitable pouch so they are ready when you need them.
