0.40g is where heavyweight ammo starts, and it's a sensible first step for sniper rifles and DMRs that have outgrown mid-weight BBs. It carries through crosswinds noticeably better than a 0.30g or 0.36g, giving you a more predictable flight path on longer shots.
These are made from PLA, so they degrade over time and are suitable for sites with a bio-only rule. Each bag holds 1000 rounds, with every BB checked for size and roundness. Playing somewhere that doesn't need bio? The standard BLS 0.40g Airsoft BBs (1000) are also available.
