Description
Description
The front housing is where your HPA engine meets the hop up chamber. MAXX Model's 2026 threaded front housing replaces the engine's stock part with a CNC machined aluminium housing that a MAXX hop up chamber screws directly onto. Locking the two together helps keep the nozzle, chamber and bucking lined up, for a consistent air seal and reliable feeding.
It's made in seven versions, so choose the one that matches your engine. Fitting is simple: unscrew the stock front housing from the engine, screw the MAXX housing on in its place, then rotate the engine to line up the air-line connection. MAXX's instructions cover their 2026 hop up chambers and their earlier chambers, using brass spacers to set the depth.

Fitting tip
Use a light smear of silicone grease on the O-rings (Abbey Silicone Grease works well), tighten firmly without overtightening, and do a BB drop test before you play: with the nozzle retracted, a BB in the feed tube should sit between the nozzle tip and the bucking lip. If your nozzle length needs changing, we stock PolarStar F2 nozzles, PolarStar Jack nozzles and PolarStar Kythera SA nozzles.
