Description
Description
This MAXX Model 2026 conversion kit is made for exactly that job. The CNC machined aluminium parts let your MTW-spec Inferno XTS fit a V2/V3 AEG gearbox, and the threaded front housing means a MAXX hop up chamber screws directly onto the engine.
MAXX's instruction sheet shows the kit made up of their threaded HPA front housing for the Inferno XTS AEG (MX-HPA004WIX), their HPA rear housing for the Inferno XTS AEG (MX-HPA003WIX) and their titanium enhanced nozzle for the Inferno XTS AEG M4 (MX-NOZ001IXT). You keep your own Inferno XTS engine, solenoid valve and air line, and baffle unit.

Fitting tip
Grease the O-rings lightly with silicone grease (try Abbey Silicone Grease), tighten each housing firmly without overtightening, and rotate the engine so the air-line connection lines up. Finish with a BB drop test: with the nozzle retracted, a BB in the feed tube should rest between the nozzle tip and the bucking lip.
