Olight PL-3S Valkyrie Rail Mountable LED Torch - Tan

The Tan Olight PL-3S Valkyrie features a maximum output of 1000 lumens from the high performance cool white LED. As this is a high drain device, the temperature regulation will automatically drop the brightness to 450 lumens after 7 minutes to protect the LED.

It is designed for handguns with a picantinny rail or a glock style rail and comes with two mount adaptors (1913 and GL) to make it compatible with a wide range of handguns. There is also an adjustable sliding block with three positions to allow for flexible positioning on a variety of rails.

The PL-3S is attached to the weapon rail using the secure screw locking mechanism by loosening the screw on the side by hand, or with the included hex wrench. Once loose the screw pushes in to open up the bracket and allow the PL-3S to be positioned onto the rail. When in place the screw can be released to allow the bracket to close around the rail, and the screw can be tightened to keep the torch securely in place.

Two ambidextrous switches and are located on the back of the light and are pushed from the side to activate the light. A quick press and release of the either button will turn the light on in the last used output and another quick press will turn the light off. If you don't press and release the button quick enough it will trigger the momentary operation and the light will stay on until you release the button.

While the light is on low and high can be changed between with two quick presses of either button. High can also be directly accessed from off with two quick presses. Strobe can be activated or exited by pressing and holding both buttons at the same time.

Powered by two CR123A lithium metal non-rechargeable batteries (Energizer, Panasonic, Duracell) which can be replaced by lifting the flap between the buttons to allow the opening of the tail cap.
