Description
Description
This might be the most adaptable battery in the Oper8 range. It has just two short cells, each 67mm long and 18.7mm across, joined by a lead, so you can arrange them to suit almost any space.
Split them between the side tubes of a crane stock on a rear-wired M4 or AR-style AEG. Put them side by side in a PEQ battery box such as the ZCI PEQ-15 battery box. Or lay them in a fixed stock like an M16's, or in a support gun such as an M249 or M60. They'll even go in a stock tube, although the 7.4v Li-Ion stick is the better shape for that.
With 2500mAh on board, one pack is often enough for the whole day. Charge it on a LiPo balance charger set to 2S, such as the Gens Ace iMars Mini charger.
Why choose Li-Ion?
- Rated at 20C continuous discharge
- Happy to be charged from half full, with no memory effect
- Can sit in your kit bag for months and still be ready
- Uses the same LiPo balance charger you may already own
