Description

The PPSh-41 is the latest submachine gun introduced by VFC, marking the first gas blowback (GBB) version of the iconic Soviet SMG that is renowned for its high rate of fire, distinctive drum magazine, and historical significance on the Eastern Front during World War II.

As the inaugural gas blowback PPSh-41, VFC pays tribute to this legendary firearm by meticulously replicating its design, unique mechanics, and authentic feel, closely resembling its real-steel counterpart. The GBB features a realistic weight and is constructed with genuine wood and a stamped, riveted steel body, including its signature 3mm thick stamped steel compensator and drum magazine, which enhance the authentic experience when handling this SMG. Incorporating cutting-edge airsoft technology, VFC has integrated a cleverly designed Top Down Centre (TDC) hop-up system that applies vertical pressure to the BB, resulting in a straighter, longer, and more stable trajectory for each shot. Furthermore, the PPSh is equipped with a two-stage safety mechanism that prioritises practical ergonomics over aesthetic accuracy, featuring a lock switch on the charging handle that secures the trigger in both the closed and open bolt states to prevent accidental discharges. The fire control system includes an easily accessible semi-auto to full-auto switch located just in front of the trigger.

VFC utilises a CNC-machined aluminium bolt paired with a nylon nozzle to enhance gas efficiency, allowing the Papasha to achieve an impressive firing rate of 1000 rounds per minute, delivering a formidable suppressive rate of fire in any scenario. The large drum magazine serves as the power and BB source for the PPSh, providing sufficient gas for approximately 240 shots per gas charge (results may vary based on temperature and conditions). An interchangeable 120-round plastic BB tray can be effortlessly swapped out as needed, ensuring a generous supply of ammunition for field use and demonstrating VFC's commitment to blending immersive realism with high functionality. Notably, the recoil sensation is distinct from other models, as it pushes the shooter forward rather than backwards, creating an engaging shooting dynamic.

The PPSh-41 offers a refreshing alternative in the GBB market, which is often dominated by conventional M4's and AKs. Its high rate of fire, realistic authenticity, and robust design provide a welcome change from the typical GBB offerings available. This burp gun successfully merges historical accuracy with the latest airsoft technology, appealing to both Papasha enthusiasts and players seeking unique GBBs without compromising the overall player experience.

Disclaimer - When disassembling the PPSh-41, it is essential to prevent the bolt from ejecting and damaging the nozzle. To do this, partially pull back the bolt before opening the upper receiver of the firearm. Once the receiver is fully open, lock the bolt in its open bolt position. Maintain a firm grip on the bolt while pressing the trigger to avoid the bolt being propelled out, slowly letting the bolt return to its closed state, then remove the bolt spring before continuing to disassemble the rest of the gun.

Selecting Dry Fire and Bolt Empty Magazine Modes - The magazine tray includes a switch that enables users to seamlessly toggle between dry fire mode (1) and empty lock mode (0). Please be aware that the tray must be removed to change modes before reinserting it back into the drum magazine.
