The buffer and recoil weight control how the bolt moves in your gas blowback rifle. Tuning them changes the feel of the recoil, the rate of fire and how much stress the rifle takes with each shot.
Choose buffers, recoil weights, recoil rods and springs for the Tokyo Marui MWS, MP7 and Saiga-12K and the MCX, from Jaeger Precision, Pro-Arms and Federal Concepts.

Tokyo Marui MWS
A heavier blowback weight increases the kick, while spacers shorten the bolt's travel for a faster cycle. Choose the Jaeger Precision MWS blowback weight, the Ghetto Blaster heavy buffer or the MWS Puck short stroke spacer set. See more MWS parts.
MP7 and MCX
MP7 GBB owners can fit the Pro-Arms 130% steel recoil rod, and MCX owners the Jaeger Precision MCX recoil buffer pad.
Saiga-12K
Saiga owners can fit the Federal Concepts Saiga-12K buffer and the Pro-Arms 130–160% recoil spring.
Tuning Your Recoil
Heavier weights give more kick but can slow cycling, especially in the cold. Lighter setups and short-stroke spacers cycle faster. Make one change at a time and test. See also GBBR nozzles and NPAS valves.
