The air nozzle sits at the front of your AEG's gearbox and pushes each BB into the hop-up, then seals against the bucking as the gun fires. A worn nozzle, or one that's the wrong length, causes double-feeding, poor range and inconsistent shots.
Find the right nozzle length for your M4, AK, MP5, AUG, Scorpion Evo or Tokyo Marui Next Gen with our airsoft AEG nozzles from EPES, MAXX Model, FPS Softair, Rocket and ZCI.

Choosing the Right AEG Nozzle Length
Nozzle length is the most important thing to get right. Each AEG platform uses a set length, and even half a millimetre can affect how cleanly the BB feeds and how well the nozzle seals. As a guide, most M4 and M16 AEGs use a 21.4mm nozzle, but different gearboxes, cylinder heads and hop units can change this, so always measure your existing nozzle or check your gun's specification first.
Common choices include the Rocket M4 21.4mm nozzle, ZCI CNC M4 nozzle and FPS Delrin M4 nozzle. For other platforms, we stock the ZCI AUG nozzle, MAXX Scorpion Evo nozzle and FPS nozzles for Tokyo Marui Next Gen M4 and MP5.
EPES Double O-Ring Nozzles
EPES makes CNC duralumin nozzles with two O-rings and a PTFE finish in a wide range of lengths, so you can match your gun precisely. The double O-ring improves the seal between the cylinder head and nozzle, helping consistency. Browse the full EPES range.
Adjustable Nozzles
Not sure of the exact length, or tuning a custom build? An adjustable nozzle, such as the MAXX Model adjustable air nozzle (19–22mm), lets you fine-tune the length to fix feeding problems and get the best air seal.
Nozzle Material
Polymer and Delrin nozzles are light and quiet, while aluminium nozzles are tougher and resist wear. A lighter nozzle is often preferred for high rate-of-fire builds, while aluminium suits higher-power setups. Either way, a good internal O-ring is key to a strong air seal.
Upgrading Your Air Seal
The nozzle is one part of your AEG's air seal. For the best results, pair it with a matching cylinder head, piston head and hop-up bucking. You may also need a new tappet plate, which moves the nozzle back and forth. For gas rifles, see our GBBR nozzles, and for pistols, pistol loading nozzles.
