How Hard is it to Change the Outer Barrels on an Airsoft Gun?

An airsoft outer barrel is typically one of the most straightforward things to change on your gun. Often, all you need to do to swap outer barrels is remove your front rail, check for any fixings (likely one or two grub screws) holding the outer barrel in place, slide off the outer barrel and push the replacement into position. Just make sure you have the right threads and grub screw to make the switch seamless.

Checking Compatibility

Receivers and outer barrels are platform-specific, so make sure the part is made for your gun and whether it suits an AEG, GBB or HPA platform such as the MTW.
