Description
Replacing a damaged tappet plate? This E&C nylon Version 2 tappet plate is a replacement internal part for any AEG with a Version 2 gearbox, such as M4/M16-style rifles. It is not limited to M4s: the gearbox version, rather than the rifle's external shape, determines suitability.
The tappet plate moves the air nozzle during each gearbox cycle, allowing a BB to feed into the hop-up chamber. Its nylon construction makes it a straightforward replacement option when the original plate is damaged, without replacing an otherwise serviceable gearbox.
Confirm your gearbox type before ordering. Check that your AEG uses a Version 2 gearbox. If you are investigating a feeding fault, check the rest of the feeding system too: fitting a new plate will not cure an unrelated magazine or hop-up fault.
