Ports on the front push the O-ring outwards as the piston moves forward, making sure all the air in the cylinder is driven out to propel the BB. Ball bearings let the spring turn as it compresses and expands, easing the stress on it; FPS recommend pairing it with a ball bearing spring guide to keep your spring in good shape. The head is CNC machined from ergal (7075 aluminium) for durability and precision.
