Tracking starts showing / updating around 7pm on day of dispatch.
Please be advised we process orders on a Saturday but no collections These tracking numbers will update on Monday after collection.
If a bank holiday these will update on a Tuesday.
If you have an issue with your order we ask to email not call as shop team have limited access to dispatched order details.
We aim to respond with in 2 working days (please be advised we are closed Tuesdays and Sundays) Saturdays have limited email replies.
Please be advised emails and phone lines are handled by separate teams please do not email then call if you have not heard back in 1 hour this adds additional time to resolve issues and can cause confusion and double tickets being raised.
We charge a Flat Fees
UK Shipping £5 or FREE for over £100
Rest of the world £16
We take all main credit and debit cards except Amex
We also take Paypal and accept Paypal pay in 3 interest free finance
For UK mainland shipments most orders are 1-2 days for Europe 2-5 days rest of the world 7-10 days there maybe additional delays due to customs
We aim to ship all instock items same WORKING day
Orders are not shipped Tuesdays or Sundays

All though stock issues do happen if its shown in stock on the website its instock in our store.

If you would like to return some thing please return to the below address with in 14 days.
In your package Please include order number and reason for return.
Please be advised we can not accept returns for used items and need to be returned with full packaging.
Faulty Items please contact us first to try resolve as a large amount of issues can be resolved with out return.

Connector Changes £5 including connector
How do i track my repair once booked it?
You will be able to keep track of your repairs via our system gotarepair.com
You will get email updates at different stages or you can search your booking number for updates.
