Description
The E&C EC-319 is a full metal M16A1 AEG that recreates the rifle famously adopted by US forces in Vietnam, with the slim triangular handguard, A1 sights and fixed full-length stock. The 2025 version adds an E-Shooter Kestrel Basic ETU for rapid trigger response, and a quick-change spring gearbox for easy maintenance. It comes with one high-capacity magazine.
Full metal body
The upper and lower receivers are metal, giving the EC-319 a solid feel and a weight close to the rifle it replicates. The long barrel and classic A1 profile make it a natural choice for Vietnam-era impressions and historical games.
Reinforced QD gearbox
Inside is a reinforced Version 2 (V2) gearbox with 8mm bearings, metal gears and a quick-change spring with a steel guide. The spring can be changed without opening the gearbox, so replacing it when it eventually wears is quick and simple.
E-Shooter Kestrel Basic ETU
The factory-fitted Kestrel Basic ETU takes the electrical load off the trigger contacts, giving a faster, crisper trigger response whilst protecting the contacts from wear. It also offers adjustable pre-cocking and active braking for a sharper semi-auto shot.
Large battery space
The full-size M16A1 stock houses the battery, with far more room than a typical M4 buffer tube. This allows a larger stick or crane-style LiPo to be fitted, giving longer run times between charges and zero-fuss over which batteries will fit.
The EC-319 is a modern airsoft AEG in a classic coat, making it fit for casual players whilst remaining stylistically accurate for reenactment players building a Vietnam loadout, as well as collectors who want a well-priced metal M16A1. Its long inner barrel and roomy stock also make it a practical woodland rifle, capable of intercepting enemy players at short-to-medium ranges. The full-size M16A1 stock can take larger batteries than an M4 buffer tube, including stick and crane-style LiPos, and is wired to a Deans connector. The rifle supports up to 11.1v, and as it has a factory-fitted ETU, using an 11.1v LiPo will not affect your warranty. If the battery moves around inside the stock, a strip of Velcro will hold it in place while still letting air circulate.
