Description
A CNC-machined aluminium suppressor with a distinctive hexagon pattern owing to its namesake. Fits the common 14mm counter-clockwise (CCW) threads, covering a wide variety of airsoft snipers and rifles. Available in short (105mm) and long (185mm) lengths, finished in black.
The 35mm diameter suits the handguard profile of most rifles and DMR builds perfectly, giving a flush finish to the end of the barrel. For bolt-actions, the HEXX suppressor is slim enough to remain proportionate with the outer barrel, and is physically light enough to keep your rifle well-balanced during prolonged aiming.
Choose the short version for a compact setup, or the long version for minimal noise.
Note: to fit these on a TAC-41, you must purchase Silverback's 24-to-14mm adaptor, or purchase the larger HEXX XL with a 24mm thread.
CNC-machined aluminium body
Each suppressor is precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium, so it is light enough not to unbalance your replica but tough enough for regular use on site. It comes apart into a threaded end cap, the main body, the foam baffles and the HEXX end cap, making it easy to strip and clean.
Foam baffles that work on HPA and spring rifles
Inside, laser-cut foam baffles fill the body. On HPA rifles, HPA and spring snipers, much of the noise comes from the air leaving the barrel, and the baffles help soak this up for a quieter shot. Whilst these can be run on AEGs and GBBRs, they will not negate the sound generated by the RIF's internals (gearbox, motor, bolt etc), making them more of an aesthetic choice.

Will the HEXX 14mm CCW suppressor fit my airsoft gun?
It fits any replica with a 14mm counter-clockwise (CCW) thread, which is the standard on most AEGs, GBB rifles and HPA rifles, and on many sniper rifles. Pistols with a 16mm CW thread, such as the Tokyo Marui MK23 or Novritsch SSX23, can take the MK23/SSX23 HEXX suppressor directly, or run this one with an X-Power 16mm CW to 14mm CCW adaptor. For a Silverback SRS or TAC-41, choose the HEXX XL in 24mm CW, or fit this one with the Silverback 24mm to 14mm adaptor.

On HPA rifles, HPA or spring snipers, yes. Much of the noise comes from the air leaving the barrel, and the foam baffles help dampen it. On AEGs, most of the noise comes from the gearbox and motor, whereas on gas blowbacks it is the sound of the bolt recoiling above all. On AEGs and GBBs, the HEXX suppressor would mainly be for looks.

The short version (105mm) keeps your rifle compact for CQB and woodland play. The long version (185mm) has more room for baffles and thus extra sound dampening.
